Riboli Family Wines is hiring a Hospitality and Events Manager in Los Angeles, California, to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of the winery's hospitality and events department.

This is a leadership position with a direct line to guest experience, business growth and brand visibility for a four-generation California wine producer whose brands include Stella Rosa, San Simeon and San Antonio. The winery is looking for someone who thrives in an interactive special-events setting and can take total ownership of the event calendar.

• Plan and execute wine tastings, tours, private events and seasonal promotions that increase visitation and brand awareness.
• Oversee event logistics, staffing and guest services to keep event operations running smoothly.
• Manage event timelines and budgets, and coordinate vendors and internal teams for seamless delivery.
• Track event performance and metrics, and provide insight to improve future events.
• Engage guests during events, resolve concerns and collect feedback to raise satisfaction.
• Own booking and paying vendors, staffing, menu planning and promotional marketing.
• Manage, train and schedule a team, maintaining high standards of customer service throughout.

• Proven events or hospitality management experience, ideally in a winery, restaurant or venue setting.
• Strong budget, vendor and team-management skills.
• Comfort working evenings and weekends around the event calendar.

Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000 per year, as stated in the employer's posting. This is an on-site role.
