Robin Run Village in beautiful Indianapolis is searching for a vibrant, customer-focused Full-Time Independent Living Concierge to be the welcoming heart and ambassador of our community!

Imagine starting your day in an active, engaging Independent Living environment where your smile sets the tone for our wonderful, independent residents, guests, and prospective families. As our Concierge, you’ll be much more than a front desk team member—you’ll be a key orchestrator of comfort, convenience, hospitality, and connection within our active senior living neighborhood.

• The Welcoming Face: Greet Independent Living residents, guests, and prospective families with genuine warmth, setting a gold-standard, hospitality-driven first impression.
• Master of Information: Serve as the central hub for campus event schedules, dining reservations, club activities, and local Indianapolis recommendations, confidently answering inquiries in person, via phone, and through email.
• Resident Liaison & Helper: Assist active residents with everyday requests, including scheduling community transportation, managing package deliveries, placing work orders, and coordinating dry cleaning or personal services with efficiency and a smile.
• Lifestyle & Event Support: Partner closely with the Life Enrichment team to support campus events, outings, and social hours, ensuring smooth execution and maintaining a vibrant, lively atmosphere.
• Problem-Solving Pro: Think on your feet to proactively address resident needs, turning everyday questions into opportunities to deliver extraordinary service.
• Communication Champion: Maintain clear, professional communication with residents, visiting family members, and internal team members to keep the community connected.
• Campus Hospitality & Access: Maintain a safe, polished, and welcoming environment by managing guest check-ins, monitoring front entrance flow, and upholding community safety protocols.

• Warm & Approachable: A naturally outgoing, upbeat personality that makes residents and visitors feel instantly valued and comfortable.

  Experience:
  
  Background in high-end hospitality, customer service, front desk operations, or concierge services preferred.
• Strong Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills—you are an attentive listener and an articulate communicator.
• Detail-Oriented Multi-Tasker: Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple resident requests with composure, grace, and accuracy.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with basic computer programs, email, and front-desk management systems, with a quick ability to learn custom resident platforms.
• The Heart: A genuine passion for interacting with active seniors and enriching their daily independent lifestyle.
