Location: Northern
Sodexo Live! in Orlando is seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to coordinate planning, setup, service and breakdown of high-volume events at the Orange County Convention Center.
You will supervise banquet staff, manage scheduling, ensure food and service standards, and work closely with culinary and event leadership to deliver memorable experiences while maintaining safety and cost controls. This role may require nights, weekends and holidays.
