Banquet Manager / Event Coordinator
We are looking for a very friendly, outgoing, organized, and motivated Banquet Manager / Event Coordinator to join our catering venue.
This position includes booking events, meeting with clients, giving venue tours, coordinating event details from start to finish, following up with inquiries, and assisting with clerical and administrative work.
The ideal candidate is:
- Very friendly, personable, and welcoming
- Comfortable speaking with clients and booking events
- Organized and able to multitask
- Dependable and professional
- A quick learner with a positive attitude
- Experienced in catering, hospitality, or events or willing and eager to learn
Availability:
Must be available Thursday–Sunday during office/event hours. Additional clerical work is available throughout the week for someone looking for more hours.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can help make every client feel welcomed and confident when planning their special event.
