Position: Part-Time Front Desk Associate
Schedule: Weekday shifts, primarily 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Department: Front Office / Guest Services
Courtyard by Marriott in Newburgh, NY is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Process reservations, payments, and guest requests
- Answer phones and assist guests with questions and concerns
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and the Newburgh area
- Respond to guest concerns and work to resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other hotel departments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and Marriott service standards
- Assist with other front desk and guest service duties as needed
- Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable using computers and learning hotel systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for weekday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts is required
