Location: Northern
Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in and out, and assist with pre-registration and reservations. You will handle charges promptly and accurately, maintaining fluency with the Front Office system and room blocks as needed.
The role requires strong teamwork, the ability to work various shifts including nights and weekends, and excellent communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
