Vacatia, Inc. is hiring a Front Desk Associate for our Palm Beach Shores Resort team. You are the first point of contact, delivering warm welcomes and guiding guests through check-in and check-out with accuracy and a smile.
You will handle reservations, billing, and inquiries, coordinate room assignments, process payments, and uphold security and confidentiality. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, and weekend/holiday availability is expected.
