We’re searching for a Housekeeping Quality Specialist to help elevate our resort to the highest levels of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll be the eyes and ears of quality across the property—ensuring our resort meets and exceeds Gold Crown and Premier standards. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments, champion continuous improvement, and directly influence the guest experience from the moment they arrive until long after they’ve checked out.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure everything meets brand and safety standards.

Help develop and uphold quality standards, SOPs, and inspection practices.

Review guest feedback and identify trends to drive improvement opportunities.

Document inspection results and deliver clear, actionable reports to leadership.

Partner with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Office teams to resolve service issues and implement corrective actions.

Support internal and external audit readiness and follow up on key action items.

Track guest satisfaction metrics and online reputation scores.

What You Bring:

1+ years of experience in quality assurance, housekeeping, or guest services (hospitality experience preferred).

Background in Housekeeping, Guest Services, or Rooms Division a plus.

High School diploma or GED required; bilingual candidates strongly preferred.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow standardized inspection procedures.

Basic analytical skills to interpret inspection data and guest feedback trends.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.

Proficiency with inspection tools, Microsoft Office, and guest feedback or reputation management systems.
