Hotel Night Auditor Inn Express & Suites Rice Lake IHG

We’re hiring a part time night auditor; shifts are 11 pm – 7 am, to include weekdays and every other weekend. We currently offer a $3 Weekend Shift Differential on top of your base hourly rate!

A hotel night auditor works independently and provides sales and customer service functions related to guest registration, reservations and revenue collections during the overnight shift. They are responsible for accounting functions as related to hotel guest registration, and revenue reporting and recording.

• Provides courteous guest service and responds promptly to guest questions, complaints or requests.
• Performs the duties and responsibilities of a Guest Service Representative during the overnight shift.
• Completes all posting, filing, and balancing procedures as directed.
• Audits and balances all cashiers reports and cash drawers.
• Audits and balances all guest and house accounts.
• Audits and accounts for all guest folios issued.
• Processes, verifies and balances all credit cards.
• Responsible for safe cash handling procedures.
• Prepares the daily accounting and management reports.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Responsible for performing light cleaning duties in common space for property.
• Responsible for breakfast coffee station set-up.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Hotel and/or night auditor experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.25 – $18.00 per hour
