Job Summary

is seeking a motivated, service-driven, and experienced
event‑based part‑time
Food & Beverage Suites Supervisor
to join our
Premium Suites team
. This event‑based, part‑time leadership role provides first‑level supervision of food and beverage operations within our Premium Suites, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and compliance with all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient event execution.
  • Lead, coach, and support Suite Attendants, Food and Beverage Runners, Pantry Coordinators, and other front/back‑of‑house team members.
  • Ensure food and beverages are served accurately, safely, and within established quality and service standards.
  • Monitor staff performance to ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation procedures, HACCP standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Train and mentor new team members on service standards, safety procedures, and operational expectations.
  • Oversee opening and closing responsibilities, including side work, station cleanliness, and suites readiness.
  • Maintain inventory levels, complete daily and monthly inventory counts, and communicate supply needs.
