** Duties
* ** Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
* Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience.
* Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, arrivals, departures, and billing information.
* Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and ensuring financial accuracy.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly.
* Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and engagement.
* Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects our commitment to excellence.

* Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles preferred; hotel experience is highly valued.
* Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant plus for serving our diverse guest base effectively.
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
* Knowledge of front desk operations, including guest relations and reservation systems.
* Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.
