The Living Room serves as the social heart of Faena Hotel Miami Beach, a sophisticated and vibrant gathering place featuring handcrafted cocktails, culinary offerings, live entertainment, and music in an intimate and theatrical setting. The venue requires an elevated level of personalized service, guest recognition, and operational precision while maintaining the energy and spontaneity of a premier nightlife destination.

Tree of Life is Faena’s iconic outdoor gathering space, located steps from the ocean and centered around the hotel’s signature Tree of Life. The venue offers a relaxed yet elevated open‑air experience featuring food and beverage service, entertainment, special programming, sporting events, and curated activations.

Saxony Bar is Faena’s intimate and sophisticated late‑night cocktail destination, offering an elevated bar experience within a distinctive and energetic setting. The Nightlife Manager is responsible for the leadership, operation, performance, and continued evolution of Faena Hotel Miami Beach’s nightlife venues, including The Living Room, Tree of Life, and Saxony Bar
.

This position provides hands‑on operational leadership while ensuring each venue delivers a distinctive, sophisticated, and highly personalized guest experience consistent with Faena standards. The Nightlife Manager is accountable for service execution, team leadership and development, beverage operations, financial performance, cost management, guest satisfaction, venue presentation, and the successful execution of entertainment, programming, and special events.

The Nightlife Manager serves as a highly visible leader within the operation and is expected to understand the energy and business of each venue in real time, anticipate operational needs, develop strong relationships with guests and team members, and create an environment that balances exceptional hospitality with strong commercial performance.

Working collaboratively with Food & Beverage leadership and key hotel departments, the Nightlife Manager ensures The Living Room, Tree of Life, and Saxony Bar remain premier social and nightlife destinations reflective of the Faena brand.
