The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet established cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards. This role supervises and supports housekeeping staff, conducts quality inspections, addresses guest concerns, coordinates maintenance requests, and promotes a safe and efficient work environment. The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through effective leadership, attention to detail, and operational excellence.

• Previous housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and safety regulations.
• Ability to inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with quality, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, train, and delegate tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Ability to coordinate with other departments regarding maintenance, repairs, and operational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, and monitor housekeeping productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical duties as required.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high operational standards.
