Housekeeping Supervisor

Description of the role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Arlo Chicago, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and organization are maintained, and providing quality service to our guests.

• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff
• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Coordinate scheduling and assignments for housekeeping team
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Address guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner

• Prior experience in housekeeping or similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends

We offer competitive compensation of $24.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly. In addition, employees are eligible for health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
