SCHEDULE

Approximately 10 hours per week. Hours are driven by the event calendar and may include evenings, weekends, and early mornings.

Waters Edge Event Center is seeking a dependable team member to help prepare the venue before events and restore it afterward. This behind-the-scenes role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean, organized spaces and enjoys seeing a room come together for an important occasion.

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, and venue furnishings according to event plans
• Reset rooms and public spaces after events
• Clean and organize event, service, storage, and common areas
• Move supplies and equipment safely and return items to designated locations
• Identify maintenance, damage, inventory, or cleanliness concerns
• Assist venue and catering teams with related setup or operational needs
• Complete assigned checklists accurately and on schedule

• Reliable, self-directed, and attentive to detail
• Able to follow floor plans, checklists, and leadership instructions
• Able to stand, bend, and safely lift and move tables, chairs, and supplies
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Venue, event, cleaning, or setup experience is helpful but not required
