Summary:

The Yield Management Coordinator is responsible for optimizing revenue performance through effective pricing and inventory management across all distribution channels. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The coordinator supports revenue growth by monitoring key performance metrics, managing distribution channels, maintaining revenue management systems, and assisting with strategic revenue initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Implement pricing strategies as directed by Sales and Revenue Managers.
• Adjust pricing dynamically based on demand, market trends, and competitive conditions.
• Manage room inventory and allocations across distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including occupancy rates, Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), and guest mix.
• Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies across all sales channels.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance and market analysis reports.
• Maintain relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and other distribution partners.
• Respond to travel agency inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain self-service accounts for travel agencies.
• Provide training and support to travel agencies on self-service portal usage.
• Monitor channel performance and recommend improvements to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Utilize and maintain property management systems (PMS) and revenue management software.
• Ensure accurate data entry, inventory updates, and system maintenance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of revenue management strategies.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training programs.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
• Uphold the company's drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies within the workplace.
• All other duties as assigned.

1 to 2 years of hospitality industry experience required.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
