The opportunity

Delaware North Sport service is hiring Hospitality Interns to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan.

$17.00 – $17.00 / hour

• Assist with new-hire orientation and the onboarding of team members at the venue
• Coordinate team member scheduling on event days and track associate attendance
• Support team member check-in on event days
• Perform end-of-event tasks, including the closing of stands and retail transaction reports

• Must be currently pursuing a degree.
• Exhibit a professional, approachable, client-service-oriented demeanor.
• Passion for teamwork and focus on high-level client service.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; present ideas clearly and concisely.

• Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift
• Will bend, twist, crouch, push, pull, grasp items, and climb stairs throughout the shift
• Occasional lifting up to 35 pounds
