We are currently selecting ambitious students and recent graduates for paid 12-month residencies at luxury properties across the USA. This is not a standard summer job; it is a structuredJ-1 Cultural Exchange Program
designed to accelerate your management career.

Responsibilities & Rotations:Unlike a static entry-level job, you will follow a
Training Plan (DS-7002)that rotates you through various operational phases to ensure a holistic understanding of US hospitality management.

Operational Excellence:Rotate through key departments (Front Office, Food & Beverage, or Culinary), mastering American service standards and high-volume operations.

Leadership Development:Shadow supervisors to learn team management, scheduling, inventory control, and conflict resolution.

Experience:

Manage high-net-worth clientele relationships, utilizing advanced CRM and POS systems (e.g., Opera, Micros, Symphony).

Cultural Exchange:Actively participate in cultural activities to improve professional English fluency and cross-cultural communication skills.

Hours:

Minimum 32 hours per week.

Meals:

Complimentary meals provided while on duty.

Uniforms:

Uniforms and dry-cleaning services are typically provided by the host organization.

Standard Policy (Self-Arranged):

For most positions, housing is not provided by the host organization. Participants are responsible for securing their own accommodation. The USA rental market offers a wide variety of short-term and furnished options suitable for international staff.

Host-Assisted Options:

Some of our partner Host Companies may offer on-site or off-site housing for a small deducted fee(e.g., $100-$150/week).This is subject to availability and location.

Our Support:

Bridge Aspireprovides housing resources, vetting guides, and relocation advice to help you settle comfortably into your new city. We recommend researching housing costs in your specific destination city prior to arrival to budget accordingly.

This position is part of theJ-1 Intern/Trainee Program. Bridge Aspire acts as your recruitment partner and facilitates visa sponsorship through U.S. Department of State-designated sponsors.

To qualify for this program under the U.S. Department of State J-1 Intern Visa regulations, applicants must meet ONE of the following criteria:

Current Student (Placement Year / Sandwich Year):

You are currently enrolled in a degree-level course (Bachelor’s or equivalent) at an accredited university outside the United States and are seeking a 12-month industrial placement.

Recent Graduate:

You have graduated (or will graduate before the start date) from a degree-level course outside the United States within the last 12 months.

Field of Study:

Your degree must be relevant to the position. Preferred majors include:
