- ** JOB SUMMARY
** The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for maintaining and restocking the mini bars in guest rooms. This role supports the team by ensuring that all mini bars are fully stocked and clean, contributing to the overall guest experience and hotel operations.

- ** ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS**
* ** Operational Responsibilities**  + Restock and replenish mini bar items in guest rooms.  + Maintain cleanliness and organization of mini bars, fridges and storage areas.  + Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the supervisor.
* ** Guest Services**  + Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries.  + Ensure guest satisfaction by accommodating special requests.
* ** Team Support and Training**  + Assist in training new mini bar attendants as needed.  + Support team performance by collaborating with colleagues.  + Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk to ensure the rooms are ready  + Ensure compliance with Valencia Hotel policies and industry standards.
* ** Communication and Reporting**  + Communicate effectively with the housekeeping manager and other departments.  + Report any incidents or safety concerns immediately.
* ** Safety & Compliance**  + Follow all hotel policies and procedures.  + Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.

** ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilities
* Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
* Certification for TABC & Texas Food Handlers--
