Actively takes orders, conducts full and complete beverage/food service, and monitors guests’ lounge/bar experience. Interacts with the lounge/bar guests, fellow team members, and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality.

• Presents menus,answers questions,andmakessuggestionsforallbeverageandfood items

• Requiredtosolicitanyallergyordietaryrestrictionsfromeach guest
• AccuratelyentersallordersintothePOS system
• Ensuresthedeliveryofallfoodandbeveragetothe guests
• Follow supervisor’sin structions,communicatewithandsupportco-workers,andbeateam player
• Possesses in-depthknowledgeofallfoodandbeveragemenusandthe company
• Servesallalcoholicbeveragesinaccordancewithallstateregulationsandalcoholawarenesstraining standards
• Followsallcompanyprocedureswhenprovidingbottle service
• Followspropercash/payment card procedures
• Complies with Department of Healthandcompanysanitation  standards
• Properly sets-upcocktaillounge/barandsidestations,performs side-workandotheropening/closingproceduresas directed by management, including:
