American Cut Tribeca is seeking a Host to join our team in New York. The Host will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure an enjoyable dining experience for all patrons.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.

• Greet guests as they arrive with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Seat guests according to seating chart and rotation to ensure fair distribution.
• Manage reservations over the phone, online, or in person.
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of any specials or promotions.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• Assist waitstaff with clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
