Housekeeping

Metropolis Resort is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Do you like to clean and listen to music while you do it? This is the job for you!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment within our hotel rooms, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and take pride in delivering exceptional service,

This position requires a team member with a flexible schedule, including availability to work a mix of both weekday shifts and weekend shifts based on business needs. Shift times for Monday-Friday are 9-5pm and shift times for Saturday-Sunday are 10-6pm.

• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all designated areas to eliminate dirt, debris, and allergens.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items in rooms to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
• Help clean Action City/Chaos dining rooms and bathrooms as needed.
