You’ll be at the center of the guest experience—greeting arrivals, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, resolving concerns with confidence, and keeping the front desk running smoothly. • Welcome guests with an upbeat, professional, can-do attitude
• Process reservations, check-ins, check-outs, payments, and room assignments accurately
• Answer calls, respond to guest requests, and share helpful local recommendations
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and hotel leadership to deliver a seamless stay
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy, urgency, and smart problem-solving
• Help create a clean, organized, polished lobby experience worthy of the Hyatt name

• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• A positive, polished presence and a genuine love of helping people
• Comfort using computers, phones, reservation systems, and basic office tools
• The ability to stay calm, organized, and welcoming during busy periods
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Previous hotel, retail, restaurant, or customer-facing experience is a plus
