- A highly visible role balancing guest experience, associate engagement, operational performance, financial accountability, and service recovery while partnering closely with executive leadership and resort departments
- A combination of floor-level leadership, strategic planning, administrative oversight, and operational decision-making where priorities may shift quickly and sound judgment is essential

- Participation in the manager on duty rotation and a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and periods of increased occupancy
