The Retreat on Charleston Peak seeks an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to supervise the restaurant, meeting/catering facilities, lounge and all outlets at the Mt Charleston property. You will lead service, quality, and guest satisfaction while ensuring policy compliance.
You will develop promotions, coordinate with Sales for banquet contracts, manage staff schedules, train beverage servers on local laws, and control costs to achieve financial goals in a dynamic resort setting.
