The Gables in Raleigh, NC is seeking a part-time Bartender to shape the social experience at Alcove with thoughtful beverage service, strong menu knowledge, and engaging hospitality.
You will prepare Alcove for evening service, execute cocktails to standard recipes, support food service, and help maintain product, presentation, and inventory standards. As part of a small cross-trained team, you will learn Alcove’s coffee program and step in where service needs support.
