The Human Resources Manager leads the HR function for three sites within our Diagnostics manufacturing organization—two in Kentucky and one in Miami (Hialeah). This is an on‑site role in either Hebron, KY, or Hialeah, FL, reporting to the Director, HR North American Operations.

• Coach and develop leaders on key people topics, including workforce planning, engagement, inclusion, talent management, and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) in employee relations, compensation, talent management, HRIS, talent acquisition, and inclusion to design and implement people strategies for client groups.
• Leverage metrics and KPIs, using established tools and creative data analytics to drive actionable change.
• Support Beckman Coulter’s reputation as an Employer of Choice.

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Comprehensive HR background covering employee relations, compensation, talent management, coaching/consulting with leaders, learning, and recruiting.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a shared‑service HR model that supports HRBPs driving business strategy.
• Proficiency with Workday HRIS.

Ability to travel 15‑20% (day trips and occasional overnight stays) within Florida and Kentucky. Must hold a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record. Capable of lifting, moving, or carrying equipment up to 10 lbs.

• Experience in a regulated (FDA, DCAA) industry.
• Certifications in HR and/or LEAN/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement.
