• Total compensation (salary + bonus) can be up to $100,500, depending on experience

• Full HR function for a 90‑employee food processing plant
• Recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, labor relations, and workforce development
• Safety programs, OSHA compliance, workers’ compensation, and return‑to‑work
• Daily coaching and support for supervisors and hourly employees
• Direct partnership with the Plant Manager and dotted‑line reporting to the VP of HR

You’ll be the heartbeat of the plant — the person employees trust, leadership relies on, and the one who ensures the facility runs safely, compliantly, and with a strong people‑first culture.

• High School Diploma required (degree a plus)
• Background as an HR Manager, HR Supervisor, HRBP, HR Specialist, or HR Generalist
• Occupational Safety experience is a must
• Union experience a plus
• Hands‑on, visible, accessible leadership style
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills
