Human Resources Office Assistant
Human Resources manages employee services, hiring processes, onboarding/exiting employees, administering payroll and benefits, supporting employee training and professional development, and ensuring compliance with state and federal employment regulations. HR assists with maintaining a safe, inclusive, and productive campus environment. In addition, HR often collaborates with academic and administrative departments to promote effective communication, employee engagement, and institutional goals.
Provide coverage of the office area, greet visitors, direct to correct staff member, answer and route phone calls. Maintain and organize electronic records. Operate computer, scanner, and copier. Utilize various programs and software (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.). Assist with special projects. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Registered full-time SSU student
- FASFA Completed
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Follow SSU dress code policy
