Location: Remote (U.S.)
Hours: Approximately 20–25 hours per week
Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for assigned positions
- Source candidates using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Screen candidates to assess technical qualifications, experience, and overall fit
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular pipeline updates
- Maintain accurate candidate records within ADP Recruiting
- Prepare candidate summaries and interview feedback for hiring teams
- Extend verbal offers and support candidates through the hiring process
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding
- Assist with additional recruiting projects as business needs require
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for corporate, technical, or SaaS organizations preferred
- Strong sourcing skills using Linked In Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP experience is a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- ERP, software, customer success, implementation, professional services, or engineering recruiting
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers
- Maintains an active pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple openings
- Delivers a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Keeps recruiting activities organized and up to date within the ATS
- Communicates proactively throughout the hiring process
- Helps fill positions efficiently while maintaining a high quality bar
