About the Position
Goodwin Living (GL) seeks a dynamic and creative leader to serve as the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position works closely with the Chief People Officer, as well as each hiring manger and the HR team to develop, implement, and manage creative recruitment strategies.
The successful candidate will be able to think strategically and act operationally; develop and execute on new ideas and collaborate effectively with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for CNAs, nurses, and other clinical positions.
- Develop and implement strategies to create a pipeline of talent in collaboration with the Marketing Department through the use of online platforms.
- Represent Goodwin Living at job fairs and networking events.
- Host in-house job fairs and present to students completing their Goodwin Living clinical rotation.
- Conduct interviews, screening calls, and candidate assessments.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within recruiting and applicant tracking systems
- Provide regular recruitment updates and pipeline reports to leadership.
- Stay informed on healthcare recruiting trends, provider workforce challenges, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication/presentation skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
