Location: Monticello
Centaurus Farms is seeking an on-site Generalist, Human Resources in Monticello, KY to manage daily HR operations and collaborate across Colorado, Kentucky, and the Corporate center. This role is the face of HR on the floor and supports cultivation and production teams.
You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance processes while tracking performance, employee relations, and leave administration across multiple entities.
