We are seeking an experienced and proactive Bilingual
HR Business Partner (HRBP)to join our team in a
fast-paced, high-volume, unionized facility
. This role plays a critical part in driving employee engagement, supporting operational goals, and delivering responsive, hands-on HR support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a
strategic partner and trusted advisor
to frontline supervisors and employees, with a primary focus on
employee relations
—providing guidance, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and proactive issue management in a union setting.

Support
union labor relations
by fostering productive partnerships with union representatives, helping ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, and assisting with grievance resolution and contract interpretation.

Respond swiftly to employee concerns, coach leaders on employee performance and conduct, and help maintain a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Collaborate with
Talent Acquisition and hiring managers
to support end-to-end staffing efforts—recruiting, onboarding, internal movement, and building external and internal pipelines to meet ongoing labor needs.

Operate with urgency and adaptability in a
high-volume, fast-changing environment
, effectively managing multiple priorities and addressing day-to-day operational demands.

Implement both existing and new HR programs that support business and workforce strategies, including performance management, employee development, and change management initiatives.

Help prepare the workforce for operational changes by executing
change readiness
and
organizational effectiveness
activities.

Actively contribute to
culture-building efforts
and create meaningful team member experiences that support engagement and retention.

Ensure HR practices align with company values, labor laws, and operational goals.

Bachelor’s degree in organizational development,Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred

4 or more years in progressive HR with heavy hourly employee populations

Haitian Creole/ English preferred

Professional HR certification strongly preferred

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000-$100,000 + bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
