The Total Rewards Administrator is accountable for maintaining accurate employee and payroll-related records that support compliant and efficient payroll operations. This role administers employee transactions, onboarding and offboarding activities, payroll data updates, employment verification processes, and compliance documentation while ensuring data integrity within ADP Workforce Now and related systems. The role serves as a key support resource to employees, managers, and the Payroll function.
Areasof Accountabilities Employee Record Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records within ADP Workforce Now and related systems.
- Process employee status changes, organizational changes, compensation updates, and employee information changes according to established procedures.
- Audit employee records to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company requirements.
- Maintain electronic employee files and supporting documentation in accordance with record retention requirements.
- Coordinate and process onboarding documentation, including I-9 compliance and employment eligibility verification requirements.
- Ensure onboarding and offboarding transactions are completed accurately and within established timelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to resolve documentation issues and maintain compliance requirements.
- Verify completion of required onboarding tasks, acknowledgements, and documentation.
- Prepare and validate employee data supporting payroll processing activities.
- Review payroll-related transactions for completeness and accuracy prior to payroll processing.
- Identify, investigate, and

* * discrepancies that could impact payroll accuracy. - Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and compliance reviews as requested.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related transactions, employment verifications, and Total Rewards processes.
- Process employment verification requests and assist with garnishment and withholding administration activities.
- Support internal and external audit requests through preparation and maintenance of required documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll administration processes, documentation, and data quality.
- Maintain current policies, forms, and resources within ADP and related systems.
- Recommend process improvements that improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
- High School Diploma required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field preferred. - Minimum 2 years of payroll administration, HR administration, or related experience.
- Experience working with HRIS systems; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of employment record administration, I-9 compliance, and E-Verify.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and basic reporting functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
