HR Business Partner III

• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, aligning talent strategies with business priorities and organizational objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders to proactively address organizational challenges and enable business growth.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, leadership effectiveness, and talent development.
• Support organizations operating in rapidly evolving technology environments, with a strong understanding of the unique talent challenges associated with AI, GPU infrastructure, inference, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
• Translate business priorities into integrated HR strategies in partnership with Centers of Excellence, including , Total Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and Employee Relations.
• Lead organizational change initiatives by providing coaching, change management support, and communication strategies that improve adoption and business outcomes.
• Provide guidance and coaching to leaders regarding employee relations, performance management, engagement, and career development while ensuring consistent application of company policies and employment laws.
• Analyze workforce and people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, using insights to recommend actionable business solutions.
• Partner with leaders to improve organizational effectiveness through talent reviews, organizational assessments, and capability planning.
• Collaborate across regional and global HR teams to share best practices and drive consistency across the organization.
• Lead or contribute to enterprise HR initiatives that support the company’s strategic priorities and culture.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive talent practices, and labor market dynamics, particularly within AI, GPU, cloud infrastructure, and high-growth technology sectors.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The compensation range for this position ranges from $78,074.00/year in our lowest geographic market up to  USD/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
