Abridge is seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to own our compensation strategy and build a scalable framework supporting growth. You will move fast, own outcomes, and base decisions on data and market insight.
This hybrid SF role requires working out of the SF office 3 days per week (M/W/F). You will partner with Finance and Recruiting to govern salary structures, incentive plans, and equity frameworks across public and private company structures.
