The HR Benefits Administrator at Talent Xpanse will manage daily benefit enrollments, changes, and leave administration for our Anaheim, CA site. You will ensure data accuracy in ADP and benefit platforms, support vendor coordination, and respond to employee inquiries with attention to detail.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this on-site role requires strong regulatory knowledge (FMLA/CFRA/ACA) and collaboration with HR Partners and payroll to maintain compliance and timely benefit
