The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and compliance with all relevant regulations. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources.

The following duties are considered essential job functions, meaning they are fundamental to the position and performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Leads as an example of CFP's values:
Customer Service, Absolute Integrity, We Are Family, Share the Success - Lead and manage HR functions across multiple locations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development.
- Serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Strategic development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that support the company’s objectives and promote a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and address strategic HR needs and challenges.
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams at each location, auditing to ensure consistency and best practice application.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all locations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the HR team.
- HR Subject Matter Expert demonstrated through HR certification.
- Other duties and projects assigned to meet CFP's Mission and Purpose.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role; preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven track record of successfully leading HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Work effectively in a team.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) required.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
