The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is seeking an HR Assistant/Volunteer Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding employees and coordinating volunteers in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
You will handle onboarding paperwork, benefit enrollments, background checks, and maintain HR systems (ADP, Employee Navigator, NH Connections), while protecting confidentiality. Travel between program locations is occasional.
