GeneralPurpose:
Responsible for leading and supporting full-cycle recruiting activities, supervising recruiting staff, partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws, and promoting effective recruiting processes and a positive candidate experience.
Shift(s) Available:- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Supervise, direct, and evaluate assigned HR team members in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, including planning and assigning tasks, conducting performance reviews, addressing grievances, resolving issues, and making recommendations related to hiring, discipline, recognition, and termination.
- Ensure recruiting and hiring activities comply with company policies, applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Supervise, coach, and support recruiter(s) and daily recruiting activities to promote consistent processes, timely hiring outcomes, and effective issue resolution.
- Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, technology, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs, evaluate applicants, participate in interviews, and guide selection decisions.
- Use discretion and independent judgment to review applications and resumes, evaluate applicant qualifications, and recommend candidates for interviews, including supervisory and higher-level positions.
- Initiate internal approvals for employment offers and partner with hiring managers to conduct offer and feedback sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with employment agencies, colleges, career fair contacts, and other recruiting sources; represent the company at recruiting events to support hiring needs and candidate engagement.
- Develop and improve sourcing strategies, recruiting methods, and events to expand and diversify talent pipelines.
- Partner with managers and directors to create, update, implement, and annually review job descriptions.
- Use the HRIS applicant tracking system to manage the recruiting process and maintain data integrity.
- Support a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, feedback, and professional representation of the company throughout the recruiting process.
- Use discretion and independent judgment when making department purchases with company funds.
- Provide general support to the HR department.
- Identify and recommend department process improvements.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and recommend actionable improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements.
- Sound decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the judgement to evaluate information and make recommendations.
- Well-developed planning, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, behavioral interviewing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and recruiting best practices.
- Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of open positions and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate others while balancing individual recruiting responsibilities and team leadership duties.
- Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

Education and/orExperience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with at least 2 years in leadership or supervisory capacity.
PHR or similar certification is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment is required.
Experience using applicant tracking systems.
