Raindrop is seeking a hands-on recruiting leader in San Francisco to own the end-to-end recruiting function. You will source, outreach, interview, coordinate, and close engineering candidates for a fast-growing AI tooling company.
You will build a top-of-funnel engine through relentless outbound sourcing, referrals, content, and creative recruiting tactics, while tracking metrics to inform hiring strategy and shaping talent density.
