Provider Recruiter

Role Overview

We are seeking a Provider Recruiter for a primary care environment. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating offers. The ideal candidate will partner with hiring leaders to build effective recruiting strategies and maintain robust talent pipelines.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Leverage labor market insights to support recruiting decisions.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting regulations and company policies.
• Promote diversity, employer branding, and community engagement initiatives.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate ATS documentation and candidate records.
• Support additional recruitment projects as needed.

• Experience:
  
  Must have Physician and Nurse Practitioner recruiting experience within a primary care environment.

• Proven provider recruitment experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
