About Anthropic

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.

About the role

Anthropic's Beneficial Deployments team exists to ensure AI's benefits reach the people and communities that markets typically leave behind. As our work in Economic Mobility builds momentum, we're hiring a partnerships manager dedicated to career pathways in the AI age.

You'll lead Claude Corps, our $150M flagship early career program — a national fellowship placing 1,000 early-career fellows, paid full-time for a year, with nonprofits serving communities across the U.S. Designed and run with Code Path, you'll own the program's success through its first cohorts and its evolution into replicable workforce infrastructure for the field if the program is impactful for both fellows and nonprofit host organizations.

Beyond Claude Corps, you'll grow our talent developer partnerships — building on momentum like our Code Path partnership that infuses Claude and Claude Code in courses that reach 20,000+ students at community colleges, universities and workforce programs across the country. You will also lead workforce-related deployments on AI Fluency and Claude fluency with national and regional partners, helping workers build the skills to shape their own pathways in the AI transition.

This is program and partnership leadership with real stakes on a global scale. The economic mobility field is early in its AI journey, and the organizations we work with choose Anthropic because of values alignment. You'll earn and keep that trust by delivering measurable results by supporting millions of people and their pathways through our partners by 2027. The role rewards entrepreneurial orchestration: building new programs amid ambiguity, scaling what works, and enabling partners to manage mature programs so you can build what's next.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead Claude Corps end-to-end — cohort launches, host organization pipeline, coordination with Code Path, program measurement, and the open-source playbook
  • Develop and close tier-1 partnerships with talent developers, workforce organizations, and philanthropic and public sector partners — from scoping and structuring through deployment, measurement, and scale
  • Deploy AI Fluency workforce development offerings for states and cities, and drive adoption of AI Fluency and Claude fluency training with national and regional partners
  • Orchestrate across functions — working with Anthropic Academy, Economic Research, Applied AI, Policy, Communications, and GTM teams inside Anthropic, and with funders and agencies outside it
  • Understand what works through research and share through open, replicable models the broader workforce field can use
You may be a good fit if you:
  • Have personally structured and led large, multi-year, multi-stakeholder partnerships — corporate, nonprofit, or public sector — and can speak to outcomes you advanced, not just agreements you signed
  • Have operated inside a large or fast-growing company — on a people, talent, or HR team, or as a sponsor of talent and early career programs
  • Have real substance in AI fluency, technical training, or learning programs — you have built, deployed, or led training and talent development work, not just advised on it
  • Build well amid ambiguity — you create structure where none exists, adapt quickly when programs shift, and prioritize execution for impact over process
  • Communicate at an executive level — your writing is exec-ready, you are a confident public speaker, and you move fluidly between corporate, nonprofit, and government audiences
Strong candidates may also have:
  • Experience designing learning programs end-to-end
  • An existing network across workforce development, philanthropy, or the public sector
  • Hands-on fluency with Claude — workflows, tools, or assets you have personally built
