Our client in The Woodlands is seeking a
Compensation Analyst
who enjoys working with data, solving complex compensation challenges, and partnering with HR leaders to drive strategic decisions. If you have experience with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and Total Rewards, this could be a great opportunity to take the next step in your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Support salary structures, compensation programs, and pay frameworks.
  • Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and compensation analysis.
  • Assist with annual merit increases, bonus planning, and promotion cycles.
  • Review job descriptions, job evaluations, and salary recommendations.
  • Prepare and reconcile equity compensation reports while supporting global equity programs.
  • Analyze compensation data, pay equity, and labor cost trends.
  • Create reports and dashboards to support HR and leadership decision-making.
  • Maintain compensation data integrity within HR systems.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on compensation initiatives.
  • Help communicate compensation programs and support employee education.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Operations, or Benefits.
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookups, and data analysis.
  • Experience with salary surveys and market pricing tools such as Mercer, Radford, or Pay Scale.
  • Knowledge of compensation practices and HR compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday or another HRIS.
  • Progress toward certifications such as CCP, CBP, CEBS, or SHRM-CP.
  • Experience supporting a fast-paced or growing organization.
