About the Market Operations Recruiter:

Upperline Health is seeking a dynamic and detailed-oriented High Volume Clinical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is focused on recruiting for clinical hourly positions within a fast-paced healthcare environment. The idea candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to thrive in a setting that demands efficiency and adaptability.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the recruitment process for clinical/operations hourly positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers.
  • Efficiently handle a large number of requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality hires to meet staffing needs.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring manager, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interview to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation throughout the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage time effectively to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
  • Manage and implement best practices in talent acquisition to ensure high-quality hires that align with organizational standards.
  • Partner with hiring leaders and department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provided an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and a professional demeanor.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to hiring leaders on best practices for interview, candidate selection and market trends.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling clinical hourly positions on a high-volume basis.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to attract and engage talent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
