Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

The Recruiter is responsible for networking with and recruiting healthcare professionals to ensure project needs are staffed with outstanding employees in a timely manner.

This role provides strategic support and client delivery to our Hospital/Rev Tech team, requiring strong relationship-building and recruiting skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience.

Works Closely With

Recruitment Leaders, Payroll, Accounting, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure accurate pay, compliant submissions, and a strong contractor experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing employees for specific assignments using various job posting/search mediums.
• Creatively network and use social media to contact/search for applicants
• Aggressively purse both active and passive candidates, search on job boards
• Act as a liaison between client facilities and newly hired candidates
• Responsible for screening applications and resumes, interviewing candidates, complete reference checks
• Evaluate and recommend candidates for hire
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws
• Documentation of confidential information per HIPAA standards
• All other tasks and duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (orally and written)

• Ability to retain information and can independently as well as in a team-setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Ability to ask and answer open-ended questions

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates level or higher education in business, sales, marketing, or another-related field
• Previous experience in a staffing or recruitment setting or position

$45,000 per year, plus commission
