Your Role

This role supports Ascendiun and related activities within the Ascendiun Family of Companies, as appropriate. The Employee Listening & Experience team is responsible for delivering the Employee Listening program for the Ascendiun Family of Companies. The Employee Listening & Experience, Senior will report to the Senior Manager, Employee Listening and Experience. In this role you will leadkeyoperational and analytical workstreamswithin our Engagement, Pulse, Lifecycle, and Onboarding programstoenable consistent, high-quality delivery across our Employee

Listening and Experience programs.

Your work will help transform employee feedback into meaningful insights that inform leadership decisions, improve employee experiences, and shape how listening programs evolve across the Ascendiun Family of Companies.

At the same time, you will drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational effectiveness, strengthen quality controls, and help scale a growing function.
