About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our global Quality, Regulatory and Clinical organization during an exciting period of growth and transformation. In this role, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to function leaders, helping shape organization design, talent strategy, leadership effectiveness, and change initiatives that enable business success. You will bring a strong business mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to translate people priorities into practical actions that strengthen team performance, engagement, and scalability.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an HR leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is energized by building the people foundations that help the organization grow and evolve.
This is a hybrid role based in Northridge, California, with an onsite expectation of 3 days per week.
What You’ll Do- Be a Strategic Partner:
Work closely with leaders across R&D including Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical Affairs and Medical Safey to drive HR initiatives that matter. - Lead Change:
Support transformative programs in organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, culture, performance management, and rewards. - Empower Leaders:
Advise and coach managers, resolve daily HR queries, and prepare teams to deliver impact. - Champion Culture:
Foster a positive, inclusive workplace and help navigate organizational change. - Leverage Data:
Use HR analytics to spot trends, drive decisions, and communicate progress. - Roll Up Your Sleeves:
Embrace hands‑on work and be ready to dive into both strategic and tactical HR tasks as we navigate this pivotal phase in our journey. - Grow Your
Skills:
Lead and contribute to high‑impact projects, workforce optimization, and reimagining our hiring & onboarding process—offering you the chance to broaden your expertise and drive real change.
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience
- Or, an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
