Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the development and execution of recruiting strategies that support the organization's continued growth. This role partners closely with business leaders and hiring managers to anticipate workforce needs, attract high-quality talent, and build scalable, inclusive hiring practices. The manager will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, strengthen the employer brand, improve candidate experience, and use data to evaluate and enhance recruiting effectiveness.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can balance immediate hiring priorities with long-term talent objectives

Strategy and recruitment delivery
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition plans aligned with workforce priorities, hiring demand and approved budgets.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer management and pre-employment handoff.
  • Lead recruitment for technology roles, including specialist, senior and hard-to-fill positions across engineering, product, data, cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure.
  • Build targeted talent pipelines and provide leaders with practical market intelligence on skills, availability, location and compensation.
Leadership and partnership
  • Lead, coach and allocate work across the talent acquisition team, setting clear expectations and service standards.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to executives, People leaders, hiring managers and technical leaders.
  • Strengthen direct sourcing, employee referrals, talent communities and the employer brand while managing external recruitment partners.
  • Deliver a responsive, transparent and inclusive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Governance and improvement
  • Maintain consistent, structured and job-relevant selection practices that support fair hiring decisions.
  • Ensure recruitment activity complies with applicable employment, privacy, equal-opportunity and recordkeeping requirements.
  • Optimize the applicant tracking system, recruitment technology, processes and reporting.
  • Use data and stakeholder feedback to improve quality, speed, cost and service delivery, including responsible use of automation and artificial intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years' end-to-end recruitment experience, including a minimum of three years in a talent acquisition management role with direct reports
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting technology talent, including specialist, senior and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Strong understanding of technical talent markets, sourcing channels and structured assessment practices.
  • Experience leading and developing recruiters in a complex, fast-moving or matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders, advise hiring managers and manage competing priorities.
