Join our growing team as a Full-Desk Recruiter/Account Manager supporting our existing strategic customer account based in Orlando, Florida.
In this client-facing and candidate-facing role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top technology talent, managing candidate pipelines, building trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, and supporting growth within strategic customer accounts.
A key aspect of this role is regular onsite engagement with client teams and candidates, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of hiring priorities, strengthen partnerships, identify workforce needs, and deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, submissions, offer negotiation, onboarding, and post-placement support.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, hiring managers, candidates, and consultants through ongoing communication and regular onsite engagement, increasing HTC's visibility and strengthening strategic partnerships.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring priorities and workforce requirements, provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends, and identify current and future opportunities within client accounts.
- Develop talent pipelines through Linked In Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, social media, and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
- Support account growth by identifying hiring needs and expansion opportunities within HTC's client relationships.
- Collaborate with HTC's recruiting, delivery, and practice teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions.
- Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records and recruiting metrics.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience within technology staffing, professional services, or workforce solutions.
- Familiarity with the Central Florida talent market, particularly within technology, digital, travel & hospitality, media & entertainment, or professional services sectors preferred.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting and client relationship management.
- Experience sourcing technical talent across Digital, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, ERP, CRM, and SaaS technologies.
- Proficiency with Linked In Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM systems, and modern sourcing tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
